I have pot plants, can I store these?
No, we ask that you do not store any plants in our facility as we can not guarantee their maintenance.
Do I have 24/7 access to my storage facility?
You have access during normal office hours of 9am – 5pm, Mon-Fri and 7am – 11am, Sat.
Are my goods insured?
Yes, each storage bay is insured for $10,000. If you would like to insure your goods for more than this then it is an extra $10 per month for each additional $10,000.
Can I store my goods short term?
Yes, we offer short and long-term storage.
Will my mattress and sofa be covered?
Yes, we cover all fabric goods with plastic sheeting at an additional cost of $12 per item.
Can I put in my own goods?
Yes, you can deliver your own items to our storage but we ask that you label them and make an inventory.
Is the storage facility secure?
Yes, our warehouse is covered by CCTV and alarmed and monitored as such 24/7.
